Account​

How do I register?​

ZCORE is invite-only. You need an invite code to create an account. Go to zcore.club/register, fill in your details, and enter the code. If you don't have one, ask a member or check the Discord.

Can I use ZCORE on multiple machines?​

No. The client session is bound to your hardware ID (HWID). If you switch machines, you need to request an HWID reset from your Profile page. Resets are processed manually by an admin.

How long does my session last?​

  • Web panel session: 8 hours. After that, log in again.
  • Client session: 30 days. The client re-authenticates automatically when the token expires.

EFI Bootloader​

Why do I need to boot from a USB stick?​

ZCORE runs partly in firmware (UEFI), below Windows. The EFI bootloader installs a hook that the Windows-side kernel driver later uses. Because firmware re-initializes on every reboot, the hook has to be re-installed every time you start the machine. The cleanest way to do that is a USB stick that you boot from once at the start of a ZCORE session.

How often do I need to boot from the USB?​

Once per Windows session. If you cold-boot or restart the PC, you need to boot from the USB again before launching the ZCORE client. Sleep and hibernate don't reset the hook — those are fine.

Do I need to keep the USB plugged in while I play?​

No. Once you've booted from the USB and Windows is up, you can unplug it. The hook lives in firmware runtime memory until reboot — the USB stick is only for the initial boot.

My EFI pip is red — what now?​

You haven't booted from the USB this session. Reboot, pick the USB from the firmware boot menu, then start Windows and the launcher. See Troubleshooting.

Can I install the EFI permanently so I don't need the USB?​

Not for end users. The bundle you download is intentionally USB-only — a permanent install path exists for developers but isn't shipped to the member community.

Subscriptions​

How long does subscription activation take?​

Purchases start in pending state and are confirmed manually. This usually takes a few hours. If it's been more than 24 hours, contact support.

Does my subscription auto-renew?​

No. When a subscription expires, you need to buy a new one in the Store.

What happens when my subscription expires?​

The subscription status changes to expired. You can no longer inject the corresponding module until you renew. Your configs are preserved.

Can I have subscriptions for multiple games?​

Yes. Each game subscription is independent. You can hold active subscriptions for as many games as you like simultaneously.

Client & Injection​

Do I need to run the client as administrator?​

Yes. Loading the kernel driver requires elevated privileges. Right-click the ZCORE launcher and select Run as administrator.

Does the launcher update itself?​

Yes. After login the launcher compares your local build with the deployed one and auto-updates if there's a mismatch. You only manually download the launcher once, from your Dashboard.

Inject fails or the button stays inactive — why?​

  • Your subscription for that game is not active (check My Subscriptions)
  • The module is currently offline or under maintenance (check Status)
  • The game is not running — launch the game first
  • The EFI pip on the status strip is red — you haven't booted from the EFI USB stick this session
  • The HVCI pip is red — Memory Integrity is on and needs to be disabled (one-time setup)

What does "HWID mismatch" mean?​

Your hardware ID changed (new machine, major hardware replacement, or Windows reinstall). Request an HWID reset from your Profile.

Is the client detectable?​

Check the Status page for current module status. If it shows online, the module is currently considered safe. If a game update drops, the module may go into maintenance until it's updated.

Configs & Marketplace​

What are configs?​

Configs let you save your in-game settings as named presets. You can create multiple configs per game, edit them, and switch between them. Each save creates a new version.

How do I share a config?​

Open Configs, select the config, and click Publish. It will appear in the Marketplace for all members to download.

Can I download configs without a subscription?​

No. The config system (both personal configs and marketplace) requires an active subscription for the relevant game.

Points​

What are points?​

Points are earned while the ZCORE launcher is signed in — 1 point per heartbeat, sent every 5 minutes. They accumulate on your account and are visible on your profile. Future features may use the points system.
